Twist tube-head into ON position. Press rollerballs against skin, squeeze cream out, and

If the thermo effect is too intense, it can be reduced by the application of pure body oil. Should not be washed off with hot water, hot water increases the warming sensation!
Suggested frequency:
Once or twice a day for 30 days for maximum results. Once the desired result
achieved; apply 2-3 times a week to maintain it.
